Terms of purchase

Ticket sales and operation of the park are carried out by Mamboria, S.L. (Rodaventura Park), tax ID B21930169, Ctra. N-340, 9994, 43883 Roda de Berà (Tarragona), rodaventurapark@gmail.com, 621 12 87 71.

Purchases are made online on this website by selecting day, session and number of people. Prices are shown in euros with taxes included. Payment is made through the secure Redsys payment gateway by bank card. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your ticket with a QR code by email.

Each ticket carries a unique QR code valid for the day, session and number of people purchased. You must show it (on your phone or printed) at the entrance. A ticket is valid for a single entry; copying or duplicating it invalidates the original.

Under Art. 103.l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. Tickets are therefore non-refundable, except as set out below.

For safety reasons, the activity may be suspended due to wind, swell or other adverse weather conditions. In that case we will offer to reschedule your session to another available date or, if that is not possible, refund the ticket price.

Date or time changes requested by the customer are subject to capacity availability and must be communicated in advance through our contact channels.

Entry is allowed from age 7. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Being able to swim is essential. Use of the life jacket, which we provide, is mandatory. Instructions from lifeguards and monitors must be followed at all times. The organiser reserves the right of admission under the applicable regulations and venue safety rules.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and Catalan consumer regulations. To resolve disputes, consumers may turn to the courts of their domicile and to consumer dispute resolution systems.
